WE ARE LOOKING FOR SUPERVISORS AND LEADS
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address concerns and manage unexpected situations.
Familiarity with airport operations.
Proficiency in using technology and software for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical ability to assist with department-related tasks.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
