At Orlando International Airport (MCO), exceptional customer service happens everyday thanks to the dedicated employees who go above and beyond to support travelers, colleagues, and the airport community. The Customer Service Advisory Council (CSAC) Employee Recognition Brunch provides an opportunity to celebrate those individuals whose commitment to service excellence helps create memorable experiences and reinforce MCO's reputation as a world-class airport.

On October 16, 2026, nearly 300 employees gathered at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport Regency Ballroom for our Fourth Quarter CSAC Employee Recognition Brunch, a celebration dedicated to recognizing outstanding service across the airport community.

This quarter, 806 employee recognition submissions were received for employees representing 45 companies across Orlando International Airport. Throughout Fiscal Year 2026, an impressive 2,892 recognition submissions were received for employees from 99 companies, highlighting their ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting MCO's Service Standards of Safety, Comfort, Ease, Speed, and Culture.

The highlight of the celebration was the presentation of the quarterly Service Standards Awards, recognizing employees who exemplify MCO's commitment to customer service and operational excellence. The awards presentation was led by CSAC team leaders and Chief Customer Experience Officer Tawana Allen, who emphasized the importance of recognizing employees whose daily efforts help create exceptional customer experiences throughout the airport.
