Pax Assist Inc., is seeking Cabin Cleaning Supervisors to oversee the on-shift performance of the cabin cleaning team to ensure all cleaning standards, turnaround times, safety protocols, and airport/airline compliance requirements are met. This role requires hands-on leadership, efficient coordination, and detailed communication with both staff and airline partners.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and direct cleaning crews during scheduled shifts
•Ensure timely and complete cabin servicing within tight turnarounds
•Conduct pre- and post-inspections of aircraft for quality assurance
•Assign duties and zones to team members based on skill and workload
•Enforce compliance with safety rules, PPE, and security procedures
•Address incidents immediately and escalate concerns to management
•Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and refreshers for staff
•Verify supplies and equipment are stocked and used correctly
•Communicate flight schedules and last-minute changes to team
•Maintain logs for daily shift reports, incident reports, and inspections
•Coordinate with airline personnel and dispatch to align cleaning activities
•Monitor badge and uniform compliance

Work Conditions:
•Requires active presence on the tarmac and in aircraft cabins
•Involve lifting/pulling up to 50 lbs. and working in all weather conditions
•Must be flexible to cover shifts across 24/7 operation
•Responsible for emergency response procedures if biohazards or delays occur

Minimum Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
•Minimum 1 year of experience in cabin cleaning or janitorial supervision
•Familiarity with airport operations and airline standards
•Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screening
•Must obtain and maintain a valid MCO Airport ID Badge
•Basic computer skills (email, reporting, scheduling tools)
•Must possess a valid driver license

Preferred Skills:
•Bilingual (Spanish & English)
•Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
•Effective communicator with team and client representatives
•Knowledge of FAA, TSA, and OSHA safety standards

Compensation
Pay: $19 per Hour
