Overview:
The role of a Sales Associate at Blossom-Elle style at Orlando International Airport is to create an engaging shopping experience for the customers.
Description:
* Learn about the products in store and possible hairdos that can be done with the hair accessories and hair extensions
* Meet customers needs through solution-orientated and forward thinking
* Create a helpful and cheerful impression on customers through proper dress code and personal style
* Develop knowledge skills about the products as well as remain aware of current stock
* Listen attentively to understand customers needs or wants and make an approach by reading cues
* Take initiative, has a high-level of ownership and accountability for individuals results
* Build lasting and loyal relationships with customers
Qualifications:
* Initiates conversations with the customers in an authentic and personal way
* Provides assistance, i.e. showing the hairdos to the customers with hair accessories, share the knowledge and techniques that can be used
* Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt, maintaining an ongoing connection with the customer
* Collaborates with management and peers, sharing good new ideas with the team and actively participating with store projects and brand focuses
* Contributes to the team by being positive, respectful and helpful
* Knows what’s new and popular throughout the store and shares the knowledge with the customers
* Must be legal to work in the US
* Must be willing to try on hair accessories and extensions during work
* Spanish, Korean speakers preferred but not required
