Job Title: Sales Associate (Kiosk/In-store)

Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate at Blossom, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a wide variety of accessories and K-Pop merchandise to meet targets. As the face of the company, you may be greeting customers and helping them find the perfect hair accessory. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers, and performing various tasks to ensure the kiosk is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing. This role reports to the Store Manager and work alongside other Sales Associates to achieve common goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, assist them in finding the right product, and provide excellent customer service
• Keep the kiosk/store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Restock and inventory products, and report any inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer complaints or returns
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Learn about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
• Follow company policies and procedures, and adhere to all security and safety measures
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week
