Orlando International Airport will cease commercial operations at 8am, Wednesday, October 9th. Employees should contact their manager directly for instructions and updates. For information regarding flights, please check with your airline.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is excited to announce that we are starting a new program in the Orlando International Airport. The program is called the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard Program. This program will help identify our guests who have hidden disabilities, so that we can better assist them along their journey.

We will be offering online training sessions that are open to everyone in the airport community. Please click this link to select a training class. You must register and a new link will be sent to you via email.

If you can’t attend our sessions, training resources are available below. We have created informational flyers that you can directly access, download and print/email as needed. You can utilize these flyers for training purposes as we need everyone in the airport to be aware of the program in order for it to be a success. We would appreciate if managers can brief their staff and hang the flyer for employees in common areas so that staff can refer back to it as needed.

Please follow this link for a recorded training video.
